Netflix has officially confirmed on July 22 the production and main cast of “The Glory, ” the latest addition to its ever-growing library of original Korean dramas that will be made available exclusively to its subscribers.
The series, a collaboration between award-winning writer Kim Eun-sook (“The King: Eternal Monarch”) and director Ahn Gil-ho (“Happiness”), tells the story of a woman desperate to take revenge on the childhood bullies who ruined her life.
Song Hye-kyo is the lead actress. She and Kim previously worked together in the immensely popular 2016 drama “Descendants of the Sun, ” making “The Glory” their reunion project after six years.

Finally, Jung Sung-il (“Moonshine”) plays Ha Do-young, the husband of Park Yeon-jin and CEO of a company. He gets caught in the trap set by Moon Dong-eun that threatens the happiness of his family.
